Meet Fred. Fred is one of about NINE stray cats that my local Ace Hardware store has taken in, paid to fix and get up to date on shots, and feeds. These cats now live at Ace. The Mgr told me that some of them were feral and they never see them but know they're still there eating and living and others like Fred are very social and greet us customers. If your local Ace isn't doing this, suggest they do! Partner w a local low cost spay neuter clinic to help raise the funds to get the cats fixed. As a community, we can come up w solutions to help our stray animals!
